Rock fans rejoice, AC/DC, one of the most influential hard rock bands have confirmed that they will in fact be touring behind a brand new album titled, Rock Or Bust. After several months of speculation founding member and guitarist Malcolm Young will unfortunately not be returning to the band as his health took a turn for the worst. Young suffered a stroke in April and had to be hospitalized. There were rumors that he would be well enough to return to the band but these rumors were apparently untrue.
Filling in for the legendary guitarist will be Young’s nephew Stephen. He will not only play on the new album, but will also join the band on their tour in 2015. Rock Or Bust is set to be released on December 2nd. The lead single and the bands first new material in years will be the theme music for the Major League Baseball postseason games. This news will come as a bittersweet moment for AC/DC fans but many great bands have undergone line-up changes and while this one was unwanted the band will surely prove that despite losing an important member they can still rock on.
