Culture Club cancels North American and UK tour after Boy George is ordered by doctors not to sing

In an unfortunate turn of events the 80’s iconic pop band, Culture Club has just cancelled remaining North American and UK tour dates. Frontman Boy George was recently ordered by doctors not to sing after a polyp was discovered in the lead vocalists throat. Medical professionals have advised that he does not sing in case he needs surgery.

A press release from the band went into even further detail about the bands cancellation. “George and the band are devastated by this news and so it is with much regret that the tour is cancelled until further notice. Refunds are available at the point of purchase. We are hoping we can reschedule the concerts for next year, and hopefully George’s problem will be resolved… To our fans we wish to thank you for your loyalty and know that we love you all.” The bands new album titled, Tribes is set to be released next year and will be their first new material in 15 years.
