One of of grunge’s most popular bands reunited with the help of some of Seattle’s most distinguished grunge rockers. Mad Season performed its first show in 20 years to celebrate the legacy of the band.
Mad Season surviving members Mike McCready and Barrett Martin were joined by Soundgarden’s Chris Cornell, Pearl Jam members Matt Cameron, Stone Gossard, Jeff Ament, and Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagan, along with the Seattle Symphony Orchestra, in performing orchestral and solo arrangements of original Mad Season works. It marked the first official performance billed under the Mad Season banner since 1995.
