Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page plans to return to the road next year, his first outing in two decades.
Page revealed his touring plans in an interview with Guitar World, adding that he’s in the process of putting together a live band that’s “totally different” from his former band.
Regarding the tour’s setlist, Page said, “There will be all sorts of material from different eras. Right across the board; that’s the way I’m seeing it. But like I said, there will be surprises. It won’t be entirely what people might be expecting.”
“What I’m doing is something that’s going to be quite different,” Page said of the album during a press event earlier this year. “It wouldn’t be anything that hopefully you’d imagine I would do.”
